Donna Keith

Donna began her real estate career in 1990 at Uniteg Investment Company, a family-owned real estate company that owned over one million square feet of Class A grocery-anchored and retail shopping centers in Houston. She was employed by Uniteg for seven years until the company’s properties were purchased by United Investors Realty Trust (“UIRT”). Ms. Keith continued her retail leasing career with UIRT for two years before taking a position with Trammell Crow in their project leasing department. Ms. Keith was hired by Vista Equities in 2003 as Vice President of Leasing and was responsible for leasing Vista’s newly constructed retail developments and in particular, La Centerra at Cinco Ranch, an affluent planned community located in west Houston. In addition to procuring and securing 28 tenants, Donna has successfully negotiated leases with many national and regional retail and restaurant tenants, including Snooze, Chico’s, Soma, Trader Joe’s and Alamo Draft House. Donna is a licensed real estate salesperson and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
