Donald Sperling

Donald Sperling started his career with Insignia/ESG in 1988 (which merged with CBRE, Inc. in July 2003) and brings more than 29 years of commercial real estate experience. Mr. Sperling is an active occupier advisor and agency broker of office product in the Northern New Jersey market.

As a result of Mr. Sperling’s numerous successful, and sizeable transactions, the Gale Company twice named him “Broker of the Year”. His accomplishments include leasing properties in excess of 60 million square feet—with a transaction value of more than $650 million. Mr. Sperling adds value as lease advisor to many New Jersey investors for more than one million square feet.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Sperling was a partner in a Wall Street commodity firm for more than 17 years.
