"Donald Feder is the Vice President of Triumph Properties Group and Triumph Management Company, a real estate investment, development, and management company. Triumph’s portfolio includes approximately 2,300 apartment units located in Southern California, Arizona, Texas, and Colorado. The portfolio also includes approximately 600,000 square feet of commercial properties and various sites for development in Indiana, Arizona, and Southern California. Donald is also Managing Partner of Savoy Holdings I, LP, an investment fund which is focused on investments in private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, equities, and municipal bonds. Prior to joining Triumph, Donald was an attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom in their corporate and real estate departments. He worked on mergers and acquisitions, purchases and sales, and corporate and real estate financings. Donald has a Juris Doctor degree and Masters of Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles (Anderson School of Management) and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Los Angeles."
