Bio
A Jacksonville native, Donald Bateh earned his Bachelor of Building Construction Degree from the University of Florida and has worked with our company for over 18 years. He has three decades of experience in commercial and retail construction. Donald oversees the design-build process for ground up new construction, civil construction, remodels, and tenant build outs. During project development, he and his team manage due diligence, building design, site design, outside design professionals, and provides construction figures for proforma evaluation. Donald works with the Development, Leasing, Property Management, and Legal divisions to ensure project coordination. He also oversees the in house, CAD Design Department, Project Managers, and Superintendents.
