Don applies two decades of investment sales experience to his role driving flex, industrial, and office transactions at KLNB. A proven producer with over $1 billion in completed transactions, Don blends sales, accounting, and strategy expertise to get the job done. With a diversified client mix including large-scale institutions, REITs, and high-net-worth individuals, Don has taken numerous acquisitions and dispositions to the finish line for single-tenant, multi-tenant, and owner-occupied properties.

Prior to KLNB, Don worked in investment sales at MacKenzie and Manekin. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his Master of Business Administration from Loyola University.
