Bio

As a Senior Managing Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Research department, Mr. Noland has direct responsibility for research operations in the Americas. In this capacity, he is responsible for delivering research products and services to clients of the Brokerage, Corporate Occupier and Investor Services, Capital Markets and Valuation & Advisory teams. He oversees a 10-person, U.S.-based team of research directors that are responsible for analyzing and reporting on the market trends affecting over ten billion square feet of office and industrial property in the U.S. Mr. Noland also plays a key role in developing and executing the firm’s commercial real estate data strategy in the Americas. Mr. Noland has an extensive and impressive career in commercial real estate. Prior to his current position at Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Noland was the Vice President, Lease Comps Research at CoStar Group Inc, where he developed and managed a research platform which led to the creation of a new service providing detailed lease transactional data to the U.S. commercial real estate industry. This service was eventually introduced to the market in 2015. Mr. Noland has also been an Associate Broker with CB Richard Ellis in upstate New York, and has served in both a national research role and as the Industrial Practice Group’s operational manager for Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. Noland holds a BA in Political Science and Economics from Bethany College. He has been an active member in numerous real estate industry associations, and a resident of Los Angeles, California. Mr. Noland is a past recipient of the George E. Lees Award, given by C&W to the international employee who demonstrates a consistent outstanding performance level, integrity, loyalty, empathy and compassion. Awards & Associations 2010 Recipient of Chairman’s Award for his work as Board Chairman of non-profit Northeast Parent & Child Society for over 3 years. Graduate of Capital Leadership class of 2007, Albany, NY 1995 George E. Lees Award – C&W Achievement Conference, Lake Buena Vista, Florida.
