Bio
Mr. Matsanoff is a First Vice President of CBRE and is responsible for formulating and implementing marketing solutions for sales and leasing programs for Suburban and Downtown office space. Don specializes in Landlord and Tenant representation and is consistently one of CBRE's Top Producers. In 32 plus years, he has completed an excess of 3,000 office lease and sale transactions totaling more than 35 million square feet.
Don is currently responsible for the marketing of over 20 buildings for sale and lease, totaling over three (3) million square feet of office space. Historically, over half of his transactions have been Tenant Representation and Landlord Representation assignments. Over the past Five years, Don has been responsible for the leasing and selling of many major properties in the Northern Suburban Columbus office market areas.
