Don Bowers

Mr. Bowers is a Senior Vice President for Lincoln Property Company and responsible for development and construction of commercial properties located in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States. In this role, he oversees development and construction of commercial office, flex and industrial properties. Since joining Lincoln, Mr. Bowers has helped manage the development and construction of over four (4) million square feet of shell space (office, retail & industrial) and approximately two and a half (2.5) million square feet of tenant work. He has been with Lincoln since 1986. Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company, Mr. Bowers was employed with Brandt Engineering in Austin & Dallas, Texas. Mr. Bowers has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
