Bio

Dominic A. Visconsi, Jr. and his brother, Anthoni Visconsi II, continue the legacy of the Visconsi family name in real estate development and management. They have built an organization of exceptional real estate professionals which actively pursues acquisitions and development opportunities and oversees the management and leasing of over 2.0 million square feet of retail space. Mr. Visconsi is involved in the development and implementation of the strategic planning of the company’s operations together with the management of several of the company’s key retailer relationships. Continuing a multi-generational family tradition, Mr. Visconsi’s involvement with the shopping center industry goes back to 1975 when he was first employed as an on-site superintendent at Eastgate Shopping Center in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. Duties of this entry level position included the entire gamut of shopping center maintenance activities. Other summer employment included lease administration and construction labor positions. Upon joining the predecessor of what has become the Visconsi Companies, Ltd. on a full-time basis in 1984, Mr. Visconsi’s functions changed as the company evolved and grew in size and he immersed himself in all phases of shopping center development and management. Areas of involvement included municipal presentations, oversight of shopping center marketing and merchant associations, lease administration, tenant build out, anchor and small shop leasing and lease negotiation, financial analysis, loan negotiation, purchase and sale negotiation, site selection and design, and shopping center management. Mr. Visconsi is a graduate of The Colorado College with a degree in Business Administration and also holds an MBA in Real Estate Appraisal and Financial Analysis from The University of Wisconsin.
