Dominic Orfitelli

Dominic Orfitelli is a Senior Vice President in the firms' Washington DC region specializing in the corporate representation of clients on a local, national and global basis. Mr. Orfitelli joined the firm in 1996, and has continually been a top performer for the company. Over the past 20 years he has facilitated complex transactions on behalf of corporate clients in the government contracting, technology and legal industries. His multi-market portfolio experience includes transactions in more than 55 cities.

Mr. Orfitelli consults with major corporate clients to develop solutions that make real estate a meaningful contributor to organizational productivity and performance. He leads a team of professionals focused on creating value and improving business outcomes and is responsible for the integration of CBRE's suite of integrated services.

Early in his career Mr. Orfitelli led a team of professionals in leasing and managing the portfolios of major institutional owners throughout the Washington DC region. His knowledge and experience with regards to the ownership side of the business gives him a unique perspective that he employs to benefit his corporate clients.
