Dominic Guan is an Associate Broker with Colliers, based in the firm's Brentwood office. Dominic specializes in multifamily transactions across the Greater Los Angeles market and has cultivated a commercial real estate career steeped in market intelligence, research, and strategy. Dominic partners with the Kitty Wallace team on the investment sales of apartment buildings, including land development, condominium conversions, student housing, affordable properties, and special assets across the Western U.S., with an emphasis on Southern California.

A California native, Dominic's journey in commercial real estate began as a Field Research Analyst with CBRE in the San Francisco East Bay market. In this role, he collected, analyzed, and presented actionable commercial insights, developing nuanced analyses and materials to aid commercial leasing, investments, and location decisions. His expertise extends to corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, bookkeeping, and financial derivative strategies.

Dominic graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies, Economics, and Housing. In his free time, Dominic lifts weights, hits the golf range, and explores diverse culinary experiences.
