Dominic DiOrio, SIOR, is a Senior Vice President at Stream where he focuses on industrial leasing and sales in addition to ground-up development. In this role, Dominic represents both institutional and private landlords, and currently, represents a seven million square foot portfolio consisting of seven speculative development projects throughout Metro Denver. Dominic works on a team with Tyler Reed, Peter Beugg, and Buzz Miller.

Prior to joining Stream, Dominic worked as an industrial broker at JLL on the Industrial Services team. While there, he received several accolades, including JLL Rookie of the Year and DMCAR’s Top Young Broker finalist award. In addition to his real estate career, Dominic served as an officer in the United States Air Force.
