Bio

Dominic is an Executive Vice President with JLL and a market-leader for the firm's Chicago metropolitan Industrial Group. He concentrates his area in the Chicago submarkets, focusing his time with Tenants, Landlords and land parcel owners of industrial real estate. Most recently in 2020, Dominic has represented manufacturing and distribution occupiers in over 2 million square feet with the Chicago market place.

 

Dominic has 20 years experience in industrial real estate. As a result, he approaches each assignment in a business consultative capacity, advising companies long before an actual transaction is required. In the past two years, Dominic has closed more than 100 transactions, totaling more than 10 million square feet exceeding 1 billion in value and countless savings for his clients.

 

Education Graduate of Carroll College in 1999 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Organizational Communication
