Domenic Skunda

Domenic is an Associate Broker at Cushman & Wakefield and an integral part of the Columbus Industrial Services Team; specializing in the buying, selling and leasing of Central Ohio industrial, flex and land assets. Domenic is self-driven and develops meaningful and long term client relationships. His ability to provide creative solutions and extensive market knowledge allows him to exceed his client's expectations and real estate goals.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Columbus, Domenic spent roughly 2 years in a support role with the Columbus Jones Lang LaSalle Industrial Sales and Leasing team. He also worked with the Cushman & Wakefield Industrial team in the San Francisco Bay Area market in California. Domenic is a graduate of The Ohio State University where he received a B.A. in International Relations with a focus towards strategic defense policy and a minor in History.
