Dimitri Mastrogiannis

Dimitri is an Associate in the Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield, where he works alongside Senior Director, Daniel Abbondandolo, focusing on Investment Sales in Queens, Nassau and Suffolk County.

Dimitri first joined Massey Knakal (now Cushman & Wakefield) in the summer of 2014 as an intern working with Director Brian Sarath who handled the Jamaica, Queens territory. Dimitri developed databases of thousands of landlords, investors, developers and end users, created marketing materials as well as valuations for prospective clients and full pitch books. In 2015, Dimitri interned at Cushman & Wakefield in the same Queens office under Brian Sarath and Daniel Abbondandolo.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, he worked for The DiGiulio Group, a mid-size residential real estate firm located in Midtown Manhattan where he completed over 20 transactions in Manhattan in his first year. He quickly rose from a Junior Agent to a Senior agent, leading a team prior to his move to Cushman & Wakefield.

Dimitri began his Real Estate career in 2013 when he completed an internship his during his freshman year of college at a luxury residential real estate firm, Khalil & Kane, while he was studying abroad in London, England.

A graduate of Villanova University, with a degree in Bachelor of Business Administration, Dimitri focused on real estate investment, real estate finance, development and Urban Real Estate economics as well as core finance/accounting and economics courses

He is a Long Island native from Dix Hills and his family is from Athens, Greece; he is fluent in reading/writing and speaking Greek.
