Dick Powell

Dick Powell specializes in the disposition and acquisition of warehouse, distribution and manufacturing facilities throughout the state of Iowa. Dick has been involved in over 500 transactions during his 30 plus years of Brokerage Services experience.

Prior to joining CBRE|Hubbell Commercial in 1979, Dick spent 10 years as Director of Industrial Development for the State of Iowa and worked in industrial real estate, plant location and site selection for a total of 13 years.

Dick's extensive professional background has been further enriched by his previous involvement in organizations such as the American Industrial Development Council, the National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives and the Society of Office and Industrial Parks. Over the years, Dick has been recognized repeatedly for his expertise in commercial and industrial sales and leasing. He is a multiple award recipient of the Million Dollar Club, the F. M. Hubbell Production Award, and CoStar Power Broker Sales and Leasing Awards.
