Experience

Dianne is a seasoned real estate professional with over 17 years of experience in all facets of the industry including corporate advisory, tenant representation, and portfolio management.

Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Dianne completed hundreds of lease negotiations at a variety of locations across the U.S. on behalf of OakPoint Real Estate’s largest corporate client, Fresenius Medical Care. Before OakPoint, Dianne served as the Director of Lease Administration for ProVenture, managing a portfolio in excess of 35 million SF across North America, as well as providing a variety of corporate services during her tenure there.

A recent recipient of the CoStar Power Broker award, this Minnesota-born, long-time Nashville resident is also a dedicated tennis player who enjoys travelling, especially to visit her daughter in Hawaii. Education

Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations with a specialization in Western European Political Science from the University of Minnesota
