Diane F. Mazzatto is a Commercial Appraiser in the Hartford, Connecticut office of CBRE/New England. She has over 27 years of professional commercial real estate experience in appraisal, appraisal review, asset management, acquisition/disposition due diligence, financing and portfolio valuations.

Ms. Mazzatto has extensive experience in preparing narrative market studies and appraisal reports for a wide variety of commercial real estate assets: single and multi-tenanted office developments, medical-office buildings, neighborhood and community-shopping centers, power centers, mixed-use developments, market-rate and affordable-multifamily developments, residential and commercial condominiums, age-restricted developments, Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) developments, schools/colleges, industrial facilities, proposed commercial and residential development sites, distressed real estate and other developments.

Ms. Mazzatto combines her due diligence experience in asset management/acquisitions/ dispositions, with her valuation/analysis strengths in the development of each appraisal assignment. Her primary territory includes Connecticut, western Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
