Derry L Young, Commercial Asset Manager, has been responsible since 2006 for property management and leasing of 521,000 square feet of office, retail warehouse, business center and flex space in the Rossmoyne Business Center in Mechanicsburg, PA. He also maintains relationships with over 60 tenants. Mr. Young is Vice President of High Investors Ltd and was responsible for raising over $15 million of debt and equity financing, working with over 500 investors since 1988. Mr. Young holds a B.S in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University. He holds a Pennsylvania real estate license and previously held FINRA designations, Series 24 – Registered Principal, Series 27 - Financial Operations Officer and Series 7 – General Securities License.
