Bio
Derik Keel is responsible for all phases of development and construction for the firm’s Atlanta and Mid Atlantic portfolio, managing master planning and design development through project completion in a wide variety of building types.
Mr. Keel has worked in the commercial construction and real estate development industries for more than 30 years. Prior to joining Banyan Street Capital, he was vice president in charge of company-wide commercial development and construction for Colonial Properties Trust. He was also vice president of construction at TPA Realty Services, which developed, among other projects, the four million square foot Technology Park/Atlanta.
