Derek Sinclair

As Director, Construction, Derek maintains responsibility for the due diligence, design, development and construction of all horizontal and vertical development projects in Western Canada. His experience spans both build-to-suit and speculative construction. He works closely with diverse project teams, external general contractors, and both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that projects are built on time and on budget. He also assembles and manages consultant teams for each project and works closely with municipalities and clients to ensure that project specifications are implemented in line with requirements and Panattoni quality. Derek has been part of the team since 2014 and is located in the Edmonton office.
