Bio
Derek oversees development and design efforts for all projects in the Atlanta Market. Before joining Terwilliger Pappas, Derek served as a Director at Fuqua Development. Prior to that, he served as a Development Manager with Landmark Properties, focusing on ground-up student housing communities throughout the country. In his different capacities, he has contributed to the development of over $800M of multifamily, student housing, and mixed-use projects. Derek holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
