Derek Graham

Derek Graham, a 35 year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, is the President and founder of Odyssey Properties Group, Inc., (“Odyssey Properties”), a private real estate investment group, who seeks to acquire or invest in income producing properties (multifamily, senior housing, and commercial) nationwide. Odyssey Properties strives to provide its investors with stable cash flow plus long term capital appreciation. Prior to founding Odyssey Properties Group, Inc., Mr. Graham was an Executive Managing Director at Studley (18 years), a national commercial real estate brokerage firm, where he led the national mid-market real estate investment brokerage effort. Prior to joining Studley, Mr. Graham was a Senior Vice President at CBRE (16 years) and Insignia ESG (3 years). Mr. Graham is a 1985 graduate of Princeton University.
