With a B.S. in Business Administration from the School of Business and Industry from Florida A&M University, an M.S. in Real Estate Investment from NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate and a 30 year track record as an analyst, advisor and broker, Dennis delivers wide ranging functional expertise in brokerage, transaction management, strategic planning, consulting, market research, financial modeling and portfolio administration. Mr. Perkins’s client base focuses on municipalities, national and local corporations, nonprofit organizations and educational institutions in urban markets. He also provides agency representation to real estate asset management companies, owner-operators, and owner-occupiers as well as consulting services to national and local developers.

Dennis believes in the power of commercial real estate ownership to empower communities and is passionate about expanding knowledge and opportunities to the next generation of student leaders.  With years serving as a committed Trustee of organizations as diverse as the Federal City Council, the Real Estate Executive Council and the Boys and Girls Clubs, Dennis connects CEOs and key real estate decision makers across the country with advocates, tenants and partners who expand their mission.
