Dennis Cravedi is a multifamily specialist with Marcus & Millichap's Washington, DC office. As an Investment Sales Associate, Dennis specializes in representing sellers and buyers in the valuation, marketing, disposition and acquisition of investment properties. He works with clients throughout Washington, D.C., including Dupont Circle, Foggy Bottom, Capitol Hill, Navy Yard, Southwest Waterfront, Brookland, and Takoma. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Dennis worked at PBS, and then at C-SPAN, as a Television Producer covering Congress, the White House and national politics. A native of the District, Dennis serves as a mentor in the D.C.-based BestKids program, as well as Member of the organization's Leadership Committee Board. Dennis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and International Relations from Georgetown University and a Juris Doctorate from Catholic University.
