Debbie Flickinger

Ms. Flickinger serves as the Chief Operating Officer and is currently responsible for overseeing the company's operations, information technology, trading and human resources functions. Ms. Flickinger was appointed Chief Operating Officer effective November 1, 2017. Prior to joining CenterSquare, Ms. Flickinger spent 8 years at BNY Mellon. During the majority of her tenure, she served as Chief Administrative Officer of the Investment Management division. In this capacity, she was also responsible for compliance of various regulatory and industry mandates including the Resolution Plan development, Volcker Compliance and FATCA. She directed the development and implementation of the cyber-security program. Debbie restructured the proxy governance model to further improve fiduciary oversight of the function. Debbie served 5 years as Global Chief of Staff and Chief Operating Officer for the Americas in Deutsche Bank's Asset Management division, where she was responsible for managing various activities including the global acquisition of Zurich Scudder Investments. As part of the effort, she led the implementation of the division's strategy which encompassed the integration of the operations platform, divesture of the passive business and negotiation of an outsourcing arrangement of the fund accounting function. Before that, Debbie spent nearly 12 years at Merrill Lynch with increasing management responsibilities in various groups including the finance, technology, equity financing and treasury divisions. Debbie earned her B.S. in Finance from Pennsylvania State University and her Masters in Business Administration from Farleigh Dickinson University.
