Deb Boucher is an Executive Director in Cushman & Wakefield's Raleigh-Durham office with over 15 years of corporate real estate consulting experience spanning office, flex, life science (including laboratory), technology and manufacturing sectors. Ms. Boucher focuses her practice on assisting end-users with acquisition, disposition and consolidation projects. She is actively involved with the Cushman & Wakefield Tenant Advisory Group, Cushman & Wakefield Life Science Group and Cushman & Wakefield Corporate Services Team which provides comprehensive real estate advisory services to companies around the world. Ms. Boucher has an impressive list of long term clients — a product of her consultative approach and commitment to put clients first.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Boucher's project portfolio with Cresa Partners and The Staubach Company spanned several million square feet of property in Southern California wherein she worked with the brokerage transaction team and was also responsible for all construction and project management related activities including management of the design and construction process. She graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree. Ms. Boucher is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of North Carolina.
