Deane’s first-hand experience and understanding of the real estate industry has been an invaluable asset in the growth of Bearing Point Properties. When not jointly spearheading acquisitions, development and operational campaigns, he is passionately finding unique solutions to routine operational challenges. Upon graduating from LSU in 2009, Deane enjoyed nearly a decade in real-estate brokerage, with a focus on multi-family sales, underwriting and analysis. During this time, he was actively involved in site selections and market study processes for numerous third-party developments. In addition to his responsibilities at Bearing Point Properties, Deane has been actively involved in a number of local professional organizations. He is a current Board Member of the Baton Rouge Apartment Association, past President of the Commercial Investment Division of the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors, and past Chairman of the 2014 Greater Baton Rouge Trends Seminar, which focuses on comprehensive real estate market conditions in the Baton Rouge area.
An aviation geek, Vizsla companion and Thai food fanatic, Deane resides in Baton Rouge with his wife, Jill, and daughter, Amelia.
