Dean Goodboe

Dean Goodboe is the Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management at Sovereign Properties. He is responsible for identifying, underwriting, and negotiating new acquisition opportunities while leading the closing process along with our legal department. In addition, Dean is responsible for overseeing and actively managing Sovereign Properties’ portfolio of all assets under management. Prior to joining Sovereign Properties, Dean spent 10 years working in commercial real estate finance. He held production positions at Goldman Sachs and Bank of the Ozarks where he personally originated approximately $3 billion in commercial real estate loans. In addition, Dean served as Vice President at Hall Structured Finance where he managed a $1 billion debt portfolio. Dean holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.
