Peter Brosens

Prior to co-founding Stolar Capital, Peter was with the JBG Companies (now JBG Smith), a prestigious private equity real estate firm in Washington, DC. While at JBG Smith he underwrote, managed, and developed large commercial buildings. Peter worked on several key deals of over $100 mm in value and several hundred thousand square feet of commercial space. While in DC, he acquired, rehabilitated, and leased single-family homes in the Washington Metropolitan area during his free time. At Stolar Capital, he oversees business development and manages the acquisition department. Peter received his B.A. from Columbia University.
