Dawn Spillane

Dawn Spillane is the Senior Managing Director for Project Management in CBRE's Northeast Division where she is responsible for ensuring optimal project management service delivery across all Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) accounts in the region.   Ms. Spillane brings to her role a wealth of diverse experience in managing integrated real estate solutions for Transaction Management, Lease Administration, Facilities Management and Project Management as well as multi-market Program and Project Management delivery.

Before taking on her current role, Ms. Spillane was an account-based COO leading Facilities and Project Management Services for a Global Financial Services client. In this position, she was responsible for service line leadership, PMO and talent management for a team of more than 700 employees managing 42 million sq. ft. and delivering retail projects in the U.S. and commercial projects in APAC and LATAM.

Previously, Ms. Spillane led Project Management in CBRE's Central Division where she was responsible for a team of professionals in 14 markets delivering projects for institutional and corporate clients and supported Project Management teams serving dedicated GWS clients throughout the Midwest.

Previous roles and responsibilities include Alliance Director for the Fifth Third Bank Account; Director of Project Management services for the Greater Cincinnati/Dayton, Ohio market; Global Project Management Director for NCR Corporation; Program Manager for the Shell Retail Visual Image program in the Western and Southern regions of the U.S.; Project Management services for a multinational oil and gas corporation in the Eastern region of the U.S.; and Program Management for the AT&T/Cingular Brand Conversion Program in the Northeastern U.S.
