Davis Bocks serves as a Senior Associate at CapMatrix, working closely with various capital sources such as banks, debt funds, institutional equity groups, high net worth individuals and separate accounts. Davis also acts as liaison between owners and potential capital sources executing on financing related transactions to fund various real estate projects from ground-up development to refinances. Prior to joining CapMatrix, Davis spent two years at Sand Capital, where he served as an Acquisitions Analyst focused on in-depth market research and analysis of investment properties, secondary note purchases, asset due diligence and underwriting of potential acquisitions.
