Davis is a Managing Director in the Houston office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas and is a co-leader of the firm's land group. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 18 years of experience in investment advisory. Davis has executed more than $1.6 billion in total transactions. During the course of his career, he has represented a variety of investors, developers and lending institutions in both the disposition and acquisition of land parcels and master planned communities.

Davis joined HFF in March 2011. Before that, he was a Land Broker with McAlister Company for more than 10 years.
