David Young is a Senior Managing Director in the Seattle office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas and oversees a broad range of multi-housing investment advisory services in the Pacific Northwest. He specializes in multi-housing investment sales, debt placement, debt restructuring, equity placement, and joint ventures.

David has over 28 years of experience in the multi-housing industry, with career sales exclusively in this sector that exceed $10 billion. He has represented the nation’s largest and most active multifamily investors and is the recipient of JLL’s Top Gun award for top sales internationally. David has also received the CoStar Power Broker award for 15 consecutive years.
