Bio
David is the Founder and President of Hilltop Residential. David has been in the multifamily investment business since 2000, having received national recognition for his performance in the apartment market across Texas and the United States. During his 21 years in the industry, David has been involved in over $15 billion of multifamily transactions. David’s deep relationships in the industry, as well as his extensive experience in identifying investment opportunities, are integral pieces to the Hilltop team.
While serving as Vice Chairman at ARA/NKF, David was responsible for the recruitment, growth, and development of the 40 people on the Multifamily Investment Sales, Land, and Capital Markets teams.
Under his leadership, the ARA/NKF Team grew from $300 million in multifamily sales in the early 2000’s, to nearly $4 billion in sales and capital markets in 2018.
