With over three decades of experience in the commercial real estate and finance industry, David has a diverse background in commercial real estate and finance, which includes: CMBS market securitizations, compliance and regulatory remediation, bank system conversions, CCAR data aggregation, FDIC loss share valuations, insurance claim processing, CRE property management, site and market valuations, loan placement, and financial consulting for major institutions and private investors. In addition, he has an extensive knowledge and experience in REG H compliance and flood insurance claim processing. While at Cushman & Wakefield, he has managed numerous teams primarily working on compliance and regulatory remediation and data aggregation projects, as well as assisting in business development opportunities. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, David was the principal of DAW & Associates, Inc. The firm was founded in 1986 and specialized in arranging debt and provided consulting services for select clients.
