David Weber is a Senior Vice President with NNN Pro, one of the top-performing net lease brokerage teams in the country. David joined NNN Pro in 2024 and represents high net worth private investors, family offices, developers, franchisees, investment funds, and institutions, on the acquisition, disposition, and exchange of net leased retail properties throughout the US with a primary focus in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast markets.

David has over 20 years of investment sales experience with an extensive track record of over $1 Billion in closed deals throughout his career. He utilizes a consultative advisory approach to implement effective strategies to best achieve his client’s investment goals. David prides himself on having worked with many of his clients on a repeat basis throughout his career to grow and strengthen their investment portfolios.

Prior to working with NNN Pro, David was recently at a Washington, DC based real estate brokerage firm for the last 7 years and prior to that was at a national brokerage firm for 15 years where he established himself as a trusted advisor among his clients. He graduated from The University of Maryland with a degree in Communications and Public Relations. David lives in the suburbs of Washington, DC with his wife and two sons.
