Profile
David Townes recently joined Cushman & Wakefield's East Rutherford office as a Senior Director in Retail Services. He will be responsible for retail landlord and tenant representation throughout New Jersey and the Hudson Valley areas of New York. A licensed real estate broker in both New Jersey and New York, David brings eight years of landlord and tenant experience throughout the Tri-State region.
Previous to joining the firm, David worked at Ripco Real Estate Corp., where he was responsible for retail landlord representation, working on mixed-use, central business district properties, free-standing retail, shopping centers and other asset classes. David's landlord experience ranges from large institutional owners like Urban Edge to independent local owners throughout New Jersey and New York. David also has served as the exclusive tenant representative for a number of national, corporate, franchised and regional retail chains, including Panera Bread, MedExpress and Phenix Salon Suites.
Prior to Ripco Real Estate, David worked at Welco Realty, Inc. in Westchester County, New York.
