Mr. Taylor is a Vice President at Savanna, where he focuses on new investments and asset management. Mr. Taylor's responsibilities include acquisition underwriting, due diligence, financial modeling, and deal structuring. Following acquisition, Mr. Taylor works on the development, repositioning, and management of assets. Mr. Taylor also serves as a member of Savanna's ESG team. Prior to joining Savanna, Mr. Taylor worked at A.T. Kearney in New York, where he advised retail, industrial, and private equity clients. Mr. Taylor received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School with concentrations in Real Estate, Finance, and Economics and a B.A. from the University of Michigan.
