David brings over four decades of expertise in commercial real estate to Avison Young, having orchestrated some of the nation's most significant office and industrial leasing and sales transactions. In his prior role, he worked alongside numerous national colleagues on diverse real estate projects across the United States, achieving a total transaction value surpassing $1 billion. Currently, he manages over 2 million square feet of tenant representation assignments. His distinguished clientele includes AT&T, Valeant Pharmaceuticals, McCarter & English, and General Mills.
David is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and was involved in the Associate Broker Development Education and Training Program at his former companies. During the span of his four-decade career, he has earned numerous industry awards, including Top Producer and Power Broker, and is consistently one of the top brokers in the New Jersey and New York markets.
