David Schreiber

David Schreiber serves as the executive vice president for Somerset Development and has been with the company for over 25 years. During his tenure, more than 2500 homes have been built by Somerset.

David has also been responsible for the rebuildingof the bellworks iconic building in holmdel. to date over 1.5 million sqft have been redone. he is also responsible for the new bellworks chicago building in hoffman estates, illinois of aprox 1.6 million sqft.

David’s responsibilities include overseeing the entire construction process, coordinating sales and management personnel and schedules through project completion. In addition to the twelve plus communities that Somerset has completed or is currently constructing, David also was instrumental in the construction of many community projects in Lakewood.

David has received degrees from Beth Madrosh Gavoha in Lakewood and Beth Moshe in Scranton, PA.
