David A. Rosenbloom joined C&W in January of 1998 and has more than 27 years of commercial real estate experience. As relationship manager, Mr. Rosenbloom has negotiated in excess of 12 million sq ft of real estate transactions for clients throughout the New York Metropolitan area and globally. Some of Mr. Rosenbloom's clients include Continuum Health Partners, NBC Universal, Inc., GE, Lego, Unisys Corporation, and Fulbright & Jaworski LLP. Mr. Rosenbloom is consistently recognized as one of C&W's Top 100 Professionals nationally.

 

As exclusive agent for a variety of high profile addresses in the New York metropolitan area, Mr. Rosenbloom currently represents Hines at 499 Park Avenue (309,000 sq ft), APF Properties at 286 Madison Avenue, 25 West 45th Street, 1156 Avenue of the Americas and 28 West 44th Street (731,000 sq ft). Other prominent buildings he has represented over the years include, 550 Washington Street, a 1,000,000 sq ft property, 540 Madison Avenue (280,000 sq ft), 280 Park Avenue (1.2 million sq ft), 546 5th Avenue (177,000 sq ft), 485 5th Avenue (200,000 sq ft), and Blue Hill Plaza (1.2 million sq ft).

 

Awards & Associations

 

He is involved in many social and charitable organizations including Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services, United Way, Israel Bonds, and Greater New York Council of Boy Scouts. He is also a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. In May 2000, Mr. Rosenbloom was honored by the Real Estate Executive Committee of UJA at its annual luncheon for his tireless effort and contribution in his position as co-chair of the Committee. He was a 2011 New York City Marathon finisher.

NBC Universal, Inc. - Leasing of 182,000 sq ft of office space at 75 Rockefeller Plaza.

 

Audemars Piguet - Developing and implementing an exit strategy and relocation from 40 East 57th Street (a freestanding townhouse and part of the Drake Hotel development site) into a class A office building and a larger U.S. flagship store.

 

Gift Industry - Relocation of the Gift Industry (over 200 tenants) from 225 Fifth Avenue into 417,000 sq ft at 7 West 34th Street, for which he received C&W's prestigious "Most Ingenious Deal of the Year" award.

 

Menswear Industry - Relocation of the Menswear Industry into 80,000 sq ft at 641 Lexington Avenue.

 

Fulbright & Jaworksi, LLP - Renewal and expansion into 140,000 sq ft at 666 Fifth Avenue.

 

IDQ - Consolidation of 3 locations into 265,000 sq ft in Dallas, TX;

 

Disposition of 84,000 sq ft in Juarez, Mexico;

 

Disposition of 60,000 sq ft in El Paso, TX.
