David Roberts

Managing Principal and CFO, David Roberts, is responsible for all aspects of the company’s operations and finances, including the oversight of loans and equity partnerships.

Relevant Experience

Using the knowledge and vision gained during a real estate and banking career that began in 1984, David has helped guide Endeavor to continued success through both good and bad market conditions. As part of a strategy to capitalize on the value of the firm’s expertise and market insight, he helped lead the creation of a substantial real estate investment fund and establish a partnership to advise a hedge fund investing in mortgage-backed securities.

Prior to joining Endeavor in 2006, David was a Senior Vice President at Compass Bank, where he was one of the organization’s top producers and participated in the bank’s leadership development program. During his banking career he originated nearly $1 billion of commercial real estate loans and managed several successful lending platforms.
