Bio
As Vice President of Development, David leads the development team for several projects in and around DC. David currently manages two major developments in Southwest DC –Waterfront Station 2 which was awarded by the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development and Parcel B at Audi Field in partnership with DC United. David joined Hoffman & Associates in 2016, bringing more than 15 years of real estate development and asset management experience in both the public and private sectors. Before joining Hoffman & Associates, David served as the Director of Facilities and Asset Management for the Department of Homeland Security Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency. In this position, David oversaw the real estate acquisition, construction and asset management services to support the agency’s domestic operations. David’s prior experience includes his role as Director of Real Estate Asset Management for the Deputy Mayor’s Office for Planning and Economic Development where he served as a board member for the Union Station Redevelopment Corporation. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Chicago and is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania with a Master of Business Administration.
