earned his Bachelor of Arts from Washington University and has direct responsibility for the company’s property managment division, Pliskin Realty Management, LLC.. In this role, he brings extensive experience in all facets of property management, including rent billing and collections, repairs, capital improvements, coordination and supervision of all contractors, property maintenance, and regulatory compliance. He is recognized for his detail-oriented approach to property management, robust reporting, and commitment to protecting and optimizing his clients’ real estate investments.
