David Oelfke

David K. Oelfke is a principal and co-founder of Marble Capital. In his executive role, David helps manage all aspects of investment activities for the fund, including capital raising, deal sourcing, and investment management for the fund's assets. With over 32 years of experience, he is a respected leader in the industry. David has received nationwide recognition for his performance in the apartment market, working on behalf of the world's leading owners to secure over $15 billion of multifamily advisory assignments.He is also a founding principal and owner at PinPoint Commercial L.P., a Houston-based commercial real estate investor. There, David has been involved in the ownership of over 6,000 multifamily units, the development of 13 assisted living facilities, 850 acres of land, and over 500,000 square feet of industrial space with a total value of over $1 billion.In addition to his myriad of titles, David is dedicated to his community, serving on the board of directors for Apartment Life and actively working with non-profit organizations, such as The College of Biblical Studies, on Every Word, The Toolbox Lunches, Stoney Creek Ranch, the UT System Chancellor's Council and Second Baptist Church.David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
