Bio
David Nouhian is a member of the firm's acquisition team based out of the Boca Raton office. David sources off-market opportunities in Milestone's target markets by engaging and cultivating relationships with family offices, lenders, third-party management groups, and local brokers. Prior to joining Milestone, Mr. Nouhian was Vice President of Alpha Partners, a New York-based firm, where he was responsible for leading the company's expansion to the Mid-Atlantic with acquisitions and dispositions.
Mr. Nouhian received his B.S. in Marketing and Management from Yeshiva University in 2005.
