Bio
David brings more than 7 years to his role as Vice President, Capital Markets. He is responsible for sourcing acquisitions and the production of all analyses and underwriting for ground-up developments, acquisitions and dispositions.
David’s experience includes the underwriting, capitalization and execution of over $1.7 billion of acquisitions and developments, representing over 8,500 multifamily units. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School. David is a CPA and CFA Charterholder.
Prior to joining Bainbridge in 2015, David worked for AvalonBay supporting its investments platform.
He started his career at PwC in their structured finance and real estate group.
