David Nenner

David Nenner joined CenterPoint Properties as Senior Vice President, Regional Manager in 2014. In this role, David is responsible for managing CenterPoint’s East Region portfolio, which includes over 13 million square feet of property across New Jersey, South Florida, Charleston and Savannah. While overseeing CenterPoint’s asset management strategy across the region, he partners with the East Region team to vet and underwrite investment opportunities. David has over 25 years of experience in industrial real estate. Prior to joining CenterPoint, David served as EVP/Director of Asset Management at Ivy Equities and VP/Regional Manager for RREEF. Additionally, he worked as an industrial broker for JLL and The Edward S. Gordon Company. David holds a bachelor’s degree from Babson College and a master’s degree from Columbia University.
