Bio
One of the original partners in the formation of The Wilder Companies in 1990, David Mallen started with the predecessor firm, Wilder-Manley Associates. Mr. Mallen is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds a CGMA designation. As a member of the firm’s Executive Committee Mr. Mallen oversees all financial, administrative and strategic initiatives for Wilder and its property portfolio. Prior to joining Wilder, David worked as a CPA with a national public accounting firm where he provided auditing and accounting services to clients in the real estate industry. He is a member of the ICSC, The Urban Land Institute, AICPA, and MSCPA.
